Cute tea shop that I popped into after work when needing a pick me up. There was a line despite it being the evening of a weekday. The experience here is pretty personalized-- customers are only allowed in one at a time and it seems like each tea is steeped individually. Once it's been steeped you are given a sample of the tea and can adjust milk, sweetness, etc. I also picked up some rice balls here which weren't bad. Rice quality good and seaweed also had a nice flavor. Pretty affordable and makes for a good snack!

This was a really hole in the wall type of bubble tea shop. The owner only allows one guest/party inside at a time which makes it feel like you're getting a 1:1 tea making experience. The owner works alone making all the drinks so there was quite a wait. I liked how calm and serene the interior décor is with plants in sake bottles, artwork on the walls and a small fish tank on the counter. It felt like I stepped into a quiet oasis in the middle of our busy city. I went with Wind's special with a passionfruit base and aloe vera topping. It was nice to sample the drink before it's sealed (feels a bit wasteful though to throw away that many one-time use mini cups). It was a good drink and very refreshing on a hot summer day. Just the right amount of sweetness but not too sweet! It's a solid fruit tea. The aloe vera must be cut fresh or something because it was too chunky to fit through the bubble tea straw so I ended up having to use a spoon to scoop it out.

Came here because of all the good reviews and it definitely lived up to the hype! The tea was DELICIOUS and so fresh. I loved that they let you sample your drink so you could adjust your sweetness and strength level. They are extremely nice and will ask follow up questions to see what your preferences are. The inside reminds me of Spirited Away and Studio Ghibli - especially with the size, it just felt so cute and homey. I got the oolong tea while my friend got the matcha cloud foam and both of us really enjoyed our drinks! Although, we did wait for 40+ minutes.

A small shop that if I didn't know that is there I would walk right by without noticing except the line out front. In between all of the food in Chinatown, I needed a drink and came across this shop. The owner is friendly and greeted us with a smile. Every drink is made to order and the best is you can try it to see if any additional adjustments that you want to make to your drink. Too sweet or not sweet enough, he will adjust it for you to your liking before finishing your order. His undivided concentration when making each drink is like an artist making every brush stroke on a painting. Each drink is his masterpiece. Highly recommend this teahouse if you are in the area.

This gem always has a long line outside, it's a small shop however they focus on quality here! Their drinks taste natural and fresh and they even let you sample the drink before finalizing it. You get the opportunity to ask for any changes you would like, and I love their Osmanthus Oolong Bubble Tea. '

One of the best bubble tea spots in the city. The wait is loooong though. I think I waited 30+ minutes. I would do it again for their matcha hojicha milk tea. Get it iced and drink it immediately! It has some delicate floral notes that disapate pretty quickly. This isn't really an every day spot for me due to the wait (unless u call with your order although I haven't tried that yet). I think it's a good special occasion spot if u want quality and don't mind a loooong wait.

!!! PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH WORKER AND OWNER !!! 10/10 drinks 10/10 ambiance Coming here is definitely an experience. Most times this place will have a line so be prepared to wait a little bit. They only allow one group at a time as they are very attentive when making the drinks. They give you a sample of the drink before giving it to you to be sure they made it to your taste. Even though you might wait a little long you will get your drink to your taste.

Service: 5/5 Food: 4/5 Small shop so no seats, but worth the visit. So many drink options + they give you a taste test so you can make last minute adjustments before walking out with your drink. This also makes the wait time longer than your typical shop. They also serve onigiri that's pretty decent.

Small tea shop with very quirky decor!! There is an expansive menu - something to fit any drink craving you have! When I visited on Sunday afternoon, there was no wait at all so I had a good experience with quick service. I ordered the lemon-honey jasmine oolong iced tea, which was delish. The owner gives a tiny sample of the drink to make sure it's to your taste, and once you give the okay, continues with making the full order. Definitely recommend stopping here for a refreshing drink!

This place was definitely my favorite place to get a drink in NYC. I only came to satisfy my boba cravings, but this places just blew my mind. Sesame Milk Tea (5/5): This was perfect. It was refreshing and this give you that stain taste in your mouth like other milk teas. This was the most memorable drink I got on my trip.
